undergraduate degree in accounting from Arkansas State
University with distinction and his Juris Doctor from the
University of Memphis School of Law. During law school, he
was a member of the University of Memphis Law Review and
Moot Court Board. Tom practices in the areas of
business law, corporations, taxation, wills, estates
and trusts. Tom also serves as the current president
of the Arkansas Bar Association.
