Richard A. LusbyOriginally from Camden, Arkansas, Richard was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 1978.  He has an extensive academic background.  A principal at Womack, Landis, Phelps & McNeill, he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ouachita Baptist University in 1974, Richard is a longtime member of that university's board of trustees.  He went on to earn a Master's degree from Baylor University, attended Washington and Lee University, and completed law school at the University of Arkansas in 1978.  A principal at Womack, Landis, Phelps & McNeill, Richard is a member of the Craighead County Bar Association (past president), the Arkansas Bar Association, DRI, and the Arkansas Association of Defense Counsel.  Richard has served as a Special Justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court on three occasions. Richard's current areas of practice include trucking litigation, medical injury, personal injury and products' liability.  Since 2004 he has included mediation and arbitration as a growing part of his practice.
