Born in Jonesboro, Arkansas, Chuck is a cum laude graduate from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting in 1983. Thereafter, he graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas School of Law. While in law school, Chuck was a member of the Arkansas Law Review and the Christian Legal Society. After practicing law for 10 years in the litigation section of the Little Rock law firm of Friday, Eldredge & Clark, Chuck now practices here in the area of personal injury litigation. Chuck also graduated with a Masters in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary in 2000.
